Took a flow workshop from Kathryn Budig yesterday (pictured here). I highly recommend taking her class if you can (she’s in the L.A. area). We talked about what our “scary” poses are and why they are scary. We also focused on handstands and getting into handstands from poses like this. Its mostly CORE strength, versus arm strength, and balance. I learned some new stuff and definitely want to work on correctly getting into handstand or Pincha Mayurasana, instead of just blindly kicking/flailing my legs up in the air (or up against the wall) to get into the pose.

New take on an old poster series. Pretty facsinating and trippy at the same time. Can I make one of these?

Yoga on a moving Subway in NYC. There seems to be a lot of controversy over this video, but there could be way worse things on a subway in New York. What do you think?
